Stavitelstvi Farsky, Ltd building company was founded in March 2004 by the
legal act of listing it on the business report. It is the successor of the
formerly existing company Ing. Tomas Farsky - Stavitelstvi building company.
The brothers Libor and Tomas Farsky are the founders and secretaries of the
company.

How do we work?
On basis of our clients demand we prepare a cost outline for the requied work.
This is a speedy process without any delays. We prepare a detailed cost
estimate accompanied by a schedule to give our client a clear idea about what
we can offer at what cost and what construction work deadline can be fully
guaranteed. We utilize a number of our sub-suppliers to be able to offer our
customers a wide range of services. We can also offer to supply partial
construction work (e.g. unfinished construction, ground excavation work or
complete foundation work).
The technical management duties are solely taken out and approved of by the
secretaries of the company. This is one of the crucial conditions of carrying
out a fully satisfactory construction final result.
What guarantees do we offer?
- Contracted price of the construction assignment.
- Contracted quality and completeness warranty (usually 5 years).
- Contracted penalty caused by construction delays.

We offer individuals and companies the following services:
- Ground excavation work accomplished by MF 050HX excavator (foundations excavations, furrows for cables and pipelines, dikes, surface levelling, loading, etc. unloading pallets)
- Cargo road transport accomplished by a Liaz lorry (3-way drooping) maximum load of 8,2 tonnes. Transport of sand, gravel, etc. Work with an excavator.
Apart from all the above specified activities, we are also able to provide
complete ground excavation work - i.e. including measurement, fitting benches
as well as further facilitating construction work in order to be able to hand
over the assigner the completed and clean foundation chink.
